It's the beginning of the end of the beer year at Baby Mammoth and, to kick things off, they've invited Dan Dainton, madcap head brewer of the Dainton Family Brewery – not to mention the man behind of the current Champion Australian Craft Beer – to come and spend the night in their company.
There'll be beers aplenty but just as much thought has gone into the food menu, with the following BEER themed menu being served up:

- (E)ggplant parmigiana with tomato beer sugo
- (E)nchiladas, braised beer pork, black beans, mole sauce
- (R)ed velvet stout muffin
