Costanzo Brewing is running its first ever course to feature a hop tour, which will take place at Bright Brewery in Victoria's High Country.
Led by Vince Costanzo, it's a course run by long-time beer and brewing educators and aimed at brewers who are already experienced and looking to brew better beer.
The four day course from March 6 to 9 will focus on better recipe design, brewing techniques and how to analyse your final beer. The course also includes a tour of HPA's local hop fields and the Bright Brewery itself.
