Carwyn Cellars has lined up another blend of local and international sour beers for its fifth Midnight Sour.
As before, it involved tapping 13 kegs over 13 hours – the first at midday then another every hour, on the hour, until midnight when something mighty fine and mighty rare gets a tappin'.
The sours in the lineup will remain a mystery until the moment they go on tap, but we do know the brewers behind them and that you can expect to find gose, Berliner weisse, lambic, Flanders red/brown and "delicious new-world-mixed-ferment-barrelled-fruited-sour-type-things" from the likes of:
