In a bid to celebrate this year's Hop Harvest and "close the gap between paddock and pint", the Wheaty Brewing Corp has once again cranked out a new harvest ale.
This year, it was brewed with good friend of the The Wheaty, Aaron Caruana, and the collaborators used 25kg of fresh Enigma flowers to make a 600 litre batch of hazy IPA.
The South Australian pub has also invited a bunch of other brewers down for the weekend's so they can also showcase their fresh hop beers.
The Wheaty will be pouring:
- Wheaty Brewing Corps/Aaron Caruana 'Hedy Hopper' Hazy Wet Hop IPA (Enigma)
- Smiling Samoyed 'Hop Harvest' Amber
- Modus Operandi/Hobart Brewing Co 'Fresh Hop IPA' tbc
- Green Beacon 'The Botanist' Wet Hop Galaxy IPA
- Green Beacon 'The Botanist' Wet Hop Enigma IPA
- Bridge Road 'Harvest Ale'
- Bridge Road 'Dark Harvest'
The kegs will be tapped at 4pm on Saturday and will be pouring for as long as they last.
