Mornington Peninsula Brewery's Artisanal Series features barrel aged beers that pay homage to the region the brewery calls home.
The latest release in that series is The Farm, a saison named in honour of a popular surf break near Flinders village.
The beer has been aged in French oak barrels along with Brettanoyces to add some funk and further complexity.
Those looking to be among the first to try the beer can head to Carwyn Cellars when the Thornbury venue pours the only keg of The Farm to make its way outside the brewery.
Members of the Mornington crew will be there to chat about the beer, including head brewer and barrel man Kristian Martin.
