It's now ten years since Willie Simpson and Catherine Stark started Seven Sheds in Railton – you can read our recent look back at those ten years and beyond here.
Not only has the brewery entered its second decade, but so too has the hop garden growing varieties like Leggett, Fuggle & Cascade.
To mark the occasion, Willie and Catherine will be showcasing beers brewed with their estate-grown hops at Hobart's New Sydney Hotel.
Those beers are:
- 2017 Island Hopper (collaboration brew with Bruny Island Beer Co)
- Cascading Mild
- Leggett IPA
- Fuggled Porter
- ELF (Okay, this has some Tassie grown Ella to complement Leggett & Fuggle. But it's the only one.)
