Though many Brooklyn Brewery beers pop up in Australia, there's a huge number of the American brewery's releases that never make it to these shores.
Plenty of them are rarities, but even staples like Bel Air Sour and Defender IPA are nowhere to be seen in our bars and bottleshops.
During Good Beer Week, Whisky & Alement intends to get some of those rarities into Australian hands, so the bar has emptied its fridges to stock a massive range of Brooklyn beers.
In total, more than 20 different Brooklyn brews will be poured over the Whisky & Alement bar for the length of the week, with boilermaker pairings for each and every one.
