Akasha is well known for its big, hop forward beers with the brewery also willing and able to dial up both the amount of booze and hops loaded in its beers while retaining drinkability.
There's likely no better example than The Eagle: an IIIIPA (we think that's the right amount of I's), which was first brewed for GABS this year, landing a top five finish in the People's Choice.
The beer will be landing at Bitter Phew on June 14, alongside a few other Akasha beers with slightly few I's, which are:
- Hopsmith IPA
- Korben D IIPA
- Wooden Leg IIIPA
- The Eagle IIIIPA
