If you want to support a great cause while enjoying good beer, join Jimmy's Tap & Barrel as they host a charity event to raise money for the Cerebral Palsy Support Network.
The organisation provides assistance to young people with cerebral palsy and their families, giving them the best chance to live an ordinary life.
Ewen Rawet is one of Jimmy's regulars and a big believer in the inclusion of people with disability – both in front of and behind the bar – and will be working behind the bar on the night as they look to raise as much money as possible.
He says: "Children, if provided with the right kind of medical and/or physical assistance at an early age, can enhance their functional capabilities."
At the end of the night, there will be an auction with the highest bidder winning an all expenses paid dinner with Ewen at the Desi Dhaba Indian restaurant in Flinder Street.
