Sweden's acclaimed Brekeriet is well known for its sour beers and is the country's only brewery to ferment exclusively with wild yeast.
But if you've never had any of those beers you can be forgiven; officially they aren't available in Australia. That's until June 23, when Carwyn Cellars will launch Brekeriet's beers.
In total the Thornbury bar will be pouring seven different beers with bottles available for takeaway too.
The list of colourfully named beers are:
- Alpha Beta Berliner Weisse
- Lick My Bub Gose
- Berliner Spazz
- Purple Rain
- Pink Passion
- Vild Howdy
- Vild Zaharra
