The brewery might be better known for big, hoppy beers but Modus Operandi is no stranger to brewing dark beers either.
During winter 2018, the Mona Vale brewery has released three beers under the Black Label Series banner – you can read about the first of them here and the second release here.
If you're a fan of such treats and want to try the entirety of the series in one place, on August 23 the brewery will be hosting a Black Label Dinner.
Four courses have been prepared to pair with four Modus beers, with three of them coming from the Black Label Series, including a first taste of the third release.
Diners will also get to take home a Spiegelau glass complete with MO insignia as well as four cans – the three Black Label beers and Moo Tan Stout.
