Manchester's Chorlton Brewing Company has become a favourite among British sour beer fans, with the brewery considered among the country's innovators.
Whether it's through its dry hopped sours or the campaign to crowdfund a Lambic brewery in Belgium, Chorlton shows a serious passion for beer's wilder side.
If you're in Sydney and want to see what all the fuss is about, head to Redfern's The Noble Hops on August 11 to try five of the brewery's beers.
The beers are:
- Chorlton Mango Sour
- Chorlton Mosaic Oat Sour
- Chorlton Black Mandarina Sour
- Chorlton Germanic Pale Sour
- Chorlton Dragon Sour
Plus, if you like your sours with a side of music, local musician Ollie Thorpe will be playing some tunes from 4.30pm to 6.30pm.
