The folks at the Dutch Trading Co make no secret of the fact they love wild and sour beers.
Whether it's a traditional lambic, gose, Berliner weisse or a more contemporary kettle sour, the team at DTC gets excited by pretty much anything that might make your mouth pucker.
From Friday, October 12 to Sunday, October 14, the bar will be dedicating all of its taps to sours and has brought together an impressive list of packaged beers too.
For anyone who wants their weekend to be extra wild, each day of the weekend the bar will feature a different masterclass.
Masterclass details:
- Friday - Boon Vertical Masterclass. An exploration of one of Belgium's classic lambic produces with tastings of a whole bunch of Boon beers. Book tickets here.
- Saturday - Cascade Vertical Masterclass. Taste your way through one of America's finest sour breweries and enjoy the opportunity to try four consecutive versions of certain beers. Book tickets here.
