Baby Mammoth and Rocky Ridge Brewery are among the more innovative beer businesses in WA so it seems only fitting they'd collaborate on a beer - and an unusual one at that.
Inglorious Chutney is an American amber ale made with the trimmings of apricot chutney that's been sitting in barrels for six months.
The beer received a very limited release earlier in the year but now it's back with a wider run.
At the beer's launch (or relaunch), Baby Mammoth chef Ryan Lambson will be preparing a six-course dinner made with ingredients gathered from the Rocky Ridge farm.
Hamish Coates from the brewery will also be on deck to chat about the beer and all things Rocky Ridge.
Tickets for the six courses plus matching beers cost $80pp plus booking fee.
