Henry Sugar brings natural wine, innovative cocktails, craft beer and a Spanish-influenced menu to Carlton's Rathdowne Street.
On November 14, the bar and restaurant is partnering with gypsy brewers Edge for a five-course beer dinner.
Each menu item has been designed to be matched with an Edge beer and those beers showcased on the night will include some particularly limited releases.
Edge founder Adam Betts will be there to walk you through the pairings and tell his story.
