Now here's something we've been working on a little while...
La Sirène is a leading producer of farmhouse ales with their own urban spin, starting out with a single Saison before taking its exploration of the beer spectrum in myriad directions.
These days, the Alphington brewery is lined with barrels and the in-house culture is helping Costa Nikias and his team create ever more fascinating beers and blends.
They've offered to dip into their museum stock for an exclusive tasting for Crafty Cabal members at the Audacious Monk on November 15. The evening will be as follows:
- Pot on arrival (with a selection of La Sirène beers on tap)
- Guided tasting of selected museum stock beers with Costa
- Delicious cheese and biscuits
- Crafty Pint / Cabal glass to take home
- Discounts on bulk purchases of La Sirène beers with entire range in stock
Due to the rare and vintage nature of the beers, there is a small cost of $20pp. And, with spots limited to just 20, we want to give Cabalistas as good a chance of grabbing a ticket as possible so we'll put tickets on sale via the member's area at 5pm on November 5.
Turn up from 6.30pm for a 7pm start at the Audacious Monk Cellars, 128 Regent Street, Preston.
