The team at La Sirène specialises in creating modern day farmhouse style beers from their home in Alphington, from saisons to 100 percent spontaneously fermented beers to those fermented with fruit or aged in barrels and blended.
If you want to explore some of those beers, on November 14 Beer DeLuxe Hawthorn will be pouring six of them across its taps.
It all kicks off at 3pm.
