Gold Coast & Northern Rivers Craft Beer, is a Facebook group dedicated to promoting the local beer scene around the, well, Gold Coast and Northern Rivers.
While it is a vibrant community but, as can be the case with online groups, it's not all that often members get to meet up with each other.
With Christmas around the corner, Bine Bar & Dining will play host to the group, so members can meet up and in the offline world.
The event is sponsored by one of the newest breweries in the region too, Currumbin Valley Brewing, making it the perfect chance to meet Smokey and Luke from the brewery and try their thirst-quenching mango sour with lemon myrtle.
There will be other local beers on tap too, with $5 beers and 50c wings being served up between 2pm and 6pm.
