Fans of barrel-aged sour beers who find themselves in Victoria's High Country over the Australia Day long weekend are in for a treat.
The Porepunkah Pub has teamed up with Blizzard Brewing, from Dinner Plain, to launch The Loose Stave.
It's a beer that's been aged in oak barrels and left to sit on cabernet skins, created in collaboration with Feathertop Winery.
As well as pouring the extremely limited edition sour, the Punka Pub will also be offering weekend-long Blizzard tasting paddles, while cooking up snags on the BBQ and playing the Triple J Hottest 100 on Sunday.
