The Worldwide To Westside Aviation Project is back for its second instalment at the end of March when Mr West invites New York's Other Half Brewing to take over the taps.
UPDATE: Now Cloudwater is joining the party – yes, the much-lauded UK maestros will be calling in armed with kegs flown in especially.
The Worldwide To Westside Aviation Project is a series that sees the Footscray bar source beers from the other side of the world, air-freighted and cold-shipped to be as fresh as possible.
Considering Other Half's key focus is on brewing hazy and hoppy releases, it's undoubtedly the way Melburnians can best enjoy the beers pouring across the 12 taps (see below).
Two of the brewery's founders and Paul Jones from Cloudwater will also be hanging out at the bar, so it's the perfect time to find out more about both breweries with a fresh IIPA in hand.

DDH All Citra Everything IIPA 8.5%.
Double dry hopped imperial single hop IPA w / citra.
DDH All Citra Everything Experimental IIPA 8.5%.
When new hop products become available OH like to test them out. They got their hands on a cool new product, a Citra lupilin oil extract, so they decided to test it out in our favorite all Citra beer. Long live innovation.
Civil Society Brewing collab. Cryosleep IIPA 8.8%.
A pils malt and oat based IIPA with a little Mosaic and Citra and a ton of Mosaic, Citra and Sabro Cryo.
DDH All Green Everything Triple IPA 10.5%.
Double dry hopped IIPA w / amarillo, citra, mosaic, motueka, citra + mosaic lupulin powder
DDH Bagel and Schmear IPA 7.5%.
A tribute to one of NYC’s iconic foods. DDH version with Citra, El Dorado and Nelson Sauvin.
DDH Go With the Flow IPA 6%.
A Citra, Simcoe and Motueka IPA double dry hopped with Galaxy hops.
Foam Brewers collab. Mouthful of Diamonds IIPA 7.9%.
Foam Brewers from Vermont came to Brooklyn and brewed a delicious beer containing Pilsner malt, wheat and oats. Then hopped it aggressively with Galaxy and our hand selected Nelson Sauvin.
DDH Double Nelson Daydream Oat Cream IIPA 8.3%.
Imperial Oat Cream IPA with our hand selected Nelson Sauvin hops with a huge amount of oats and a hint of lactose.
Monkish Brewing collab. The La La IIPA 8%.
Packed with Citra, Citra Cryo, Galaxy and Idaho 7 on a base of two-row and flaked oats.
Short, Dark and Handsome Mexican Hot Choc Stout 7.4%.
Short Dark features cacao nibs, vanilla, cinnamon, a hint of chilies and milk sugar.
Garage Project collab Stay Wild Moon Child Imp Porter 9.5%.
The trailblazing folks at Garage Project went and brewed this porter inspired by Supermoon Bakehouse’s banana split croissants. They used caramelised croissants that take Supermoon three days to make, cacao nibs, vanilla, almonds, and banana.

Hoppy Little Lager 3.6%
This clean, delicate beer sits somewhere between a Pale Ale and a Lager - an ideal, easy-drinker with bright citrus flavours and a crisp finish with a restrained, zesty bitterness.
Marzen 5.2%
A strong, dark and full-bodied lager with a deep, elegant malt profile, accompanied by a light hop character and clean, dry finish.
Small Pale 2.9%
Designed to pack the punchy flavours you've come to expect from Cloudwater into a low-strength beer. With enough body to balance the bold hop notes, you'll find flavours of mandarin and grapefruit held by a smooth, firm base.
Brewed All Season DDH Pale 5.5%
The all-season DDH Pale provides a balance between a juicy, full-bodied IPA and easy drinking Pale. It delivers big citrus fruit flavours and a smooth body, with a juicy tang and a peppery character on the finish.
Brewed All Season IPA 6.5%
The all-season IPA is brewed in the New England style, combining big hop flavours with a smooth, silky body and a semi-sweet, juicy finish with very low bitterness. It packs bold tropical notes of mango, pineapple and papaya, backed up by tangy orange, while retaining balance and drinkability.
Verdant & DEYA collab Everybody Else Is Doing It QDH Pale Ale 5.5%
The sixth in a series of collaborations created to celebrate Cloudwater's first festival, Friends & Family & Beer. Brewing with Deya and Verdant, they went big on the hops! This quadruple dry-hopped Pale Ale intends to provide huge aroma and flavour carried by a smooth, easy-drinking body.
The Veil collab Chubbles Triple IPA 10%
The UK version of this monster collab with The Veil from Richmond, Virginia, USA. A huge Triple IPA loaded with Galaxy, Citra and El Dorado.
Plus there will be a selection of Cloudwater cans on offer.
