Last year The Wheaty hosted an hour and a half Wildflower tasting with the brewery and blendery's co-founder, Topher Boehm.
But an hour and a half just wasn't enough, so Topher is returning to the Adelaide brewpub in March for a three hour exploration of wild beer.
On the night the bug wrangler, barrel whisperer and blender extraordinaire will guide drinkers through regular blends, limited release beers and two very special guest beers.
