Wheaty Masterclass & Funky Menace Launch at The Fixation Incubator (VIC)

The Wheaty in Adelaide is one of Australia's top pubs and the award-winning brewery that sits inside – the Wheaty Brewing Corps – is heading to Melbourne for one night at the Fixation Incubator.

Wheaty co-founder and head brewer Jade Flavell will be joining Fixation's main man Tom Delmont and brewer Sam Bethune for an open discussion all about great IPAs and good beer hosted by The Crafty Pint's founder James Smith.

Jade is bringing with her several Wheaty Brewing Corps beers rarely seen outside the brewpub, including a new collaboration brewed with Fixation, the Funky Menace India Saison.

The other beers making their way across state lines are Danger Zone - Raspberry Berliner Weisse and the award-winning Black Lime Gose (which leaves plenty of taps free for Fixation’s ever-changing lineup of IPAs).

James will be bringing a razor sharp wit combined with some very old, stale jokes. [I should really proof these things earlier – Editor]

The last time this combination was onstage together – for a celebration of Indies champs alongside Dan Dainton in Sydney last year – the planned 45 minutes of formal Q&A turned into something like two hours; you just can't keep passionate people like Tom and Jade down...

Tickets cost just $10pp and include a glass of Funky Menace to be enjoyed during the discussion.

AND! Crafty Cabal members get a bonus pot of new Fixation melon milkshake IPA Dew Respect on arrival too – just redeem the offer in your member's area at the bar.
