Beer and bowls - it's a pairing we don't hear about often enough but which is on the rise as more clubs of all kinds embrace the good stuff.
Bondi Bowling Club is just such a place and The Bowlo Beer Fest is an annual reminder that these things go together like hops and malt.
The Bowlo has invited a bunch of Aussie brewing companies to bring the best wares from their beer and cider ranges.
You can meet the brewers and chat with them about their beers, while chowing down on the special beer matching menu.
DJs and live music will keep the party pumping while you go out on the green to have a bowl. There will also be raffles and giveaways, because who doesn't love free stuff?

Tickets cost $30 online (or $40 at the door) and include entry to the Bowlo Beer Hall plus 20 tasting tokens.
For the VIP experience, you'll pay $70 online (or $80 at the door) and get entry to the Bowlo Beer Hall and the VIP lounge, a four hour drinks package, table service, canapés, and free bowls.
