Up In Smoke's Brewer’s Feast series sees the Footscray venue celebrate some of the best local breweries around every month.
For August's event, they'll be showcasing beers from Stomping Ground, and they've plumped for a pretty diverse quartet too:
- Passionfruit Smash w/ Tortilla Chips & Lime Cured Kingfish, Tomato, Red Onion, Jalapeno, Coriander
- Single Hop Citra Pilsner w/ Fried Chicken Sandwich, Alabama White BBQ Sauce, Spicy Pickles
- Bock Steady Dunkles Bock w/ Smoked & Roasted Pork Knuckle, Sauerkraut & Potato Gratin, Cucumber Dill Salad, Smokey Jus
- Bunker Porter w/ Fried German Donut, Chocolate Mousse, Drunk Cherries
The four-course feast from the smoker with matched beers is all yours for a measly $65.
