La Sirène have been making farmhouse ales for almost a decade now, but ask them where they're at and they might tell you they're only just beginning...
On Sunday, September 15, at Paradise Alley – 25 Easey Street, Collingwood – you can join La Sirène as they unveil The Beginning, the first release in their Coolship Collection.
They're calling the beer "a genuine wild ale with a sense of time and place" – it's a 100 percent spontaneously fermented wild ale made in La Sirène's koelschip, and it's ready for you to taste.
From 2pm to 4pm, you can enjoy a free tasting of The Beginning in the company of the brewer.
There will be paired snacks by Little Latin Lucy, and bottles of The Beginning available for purchase.
