The Ballarat Beer Hop brings together twelve breweries at six venues across the city for one day or beer exploration.
In 2020, it takes place on Easter Saturday, venues including Hop Temple, The Mallow and Freight CBD Pop-Up will host breweries including:
- Hop Nation
- Red Duck
- Dollar Bill
- Blackman's
- Cubby Haus
- Jetty Road
with the other six to be revealed in the lead up to the festival.
Attendees purchase a ticket for the venue where they plan to start then follow the map to find the other venues at their own leisure.
Tickets cost $55pp (plus booking fee) and include 12 x 80ml beer samples, a Beer Hop souvenir glass, a glass sling, t-shirt and entertainment throughout the day. If you want to come along for the day but won't be drinking, non-beer tickets cost $40pp.
It runs from 11am to 6pm on April 11.
