It'll be four beers, three courses and one heck of a memorable evening at the Saccharomyces Beer Cafe as they welcome the rising stars of barrel-aged brewing and blending from Future Mountain to their dining tables for a beergustation.
Now, normally we'd put some background details here about the concept behind the event or what pairs with what to try and get you excited, but it feels like the better thing to do would be just to list a bunch of the taste descriptors they're saying you can expect to enjoy, so let's do that:
Straw, lemon peel, ruby grapefruit, exquisite floral and fresh herbal character, orange citrus, cardamom, spiced boulet, waterzoï, Brettanomyces, cheesy baked potato, roasted tomato, spring florals, hints of herb and spice, chocolate, habanero, black pepper, rosemary, star anise, juniper, plush blackberry, dark cherry, spearmint, French "Aramis" hops.
Now, which of those will be in the food, and which the beer?
