When breweries announce that they're opening up their kitchens to top chefs to come and do as they please, that’s your signal to drop everything and book a spot at the dining table. So, with news that Pirate Life will be hosting not one but three guest kitchen wizards at their Port Adelaide brewery for a dedicated Chef Series, it’s time to break out the credit card and make some delicious memories.
The next meal, on February 25, sees chef Louis Tikaram from Stanley Restaurant in Brisbane) use the skills he's honed everywhere from Barcelona to New York – and a long stint at LA's E.P & L.P – to put on a Cantonese-inspired menu. Book tickets here.
The final round, on March 11, is a true collaboration with renowned chef Jake Kellie teaming up with Pirate Life's own head of gastronomic operations Rocky Oliveria for what they're calling a "firepit surprise". Book tickets here.
