Then you take a look at the beer list, gently lick your lips, and resign yourself to the fact that, come Friday afternoon, you'll be making that long climb up to the rooftop bar and you may not come down 'til morning.
True to form, on February 26, the Sydney CBD institution continues what they plan to be a mammoth year of takeovers with a particularly epic overseas special, thanks to 20 taps of the best of British courtesy of Cloudwater and Tiny Rebel.
