If you'd like to get on board the booze-free bandwagon by arming yourself with the requisite brewing knowledge, the IBD is hosting an online session dedicated to non and low alcoholic brewing techniques.
In it you'll hear from Peter Murfitt, Head of Technical Offer Management at GEA Group Australia, and Richard Chamberlin, Technical Manager at Lallemand, who'll be presenting two different approaches to making non-alcoholic beer.
As is the style of our times the event will be hosted virtually, in this case September 22 at 5pm (AEST). You're advised to set aside an hour to 90 minutes, so be sure to have something suitable in the fridge and settle in for enlightenment.
