The Referend Showcase at Carwyn Cellars

There's rare, then there's The Referend.

The varied wild ales of the New Jersey 'bier blendery' are highly regarded but seldom seen beyond their home state, so to get them on the other side of the world would have to be considered an exceptional treat.

But you can always trust in Carwyn Cellars to pull off a coup, and that's what they're doing with an event literally years in the making.

On November 26 you'll be able to tuck into 12 Referend beers on tap, plus another 10 in bottle – all flown in direct from the USA for your drinking pleasure. The first keg will be tapped at midday, and online sales will be opened for anyone further afield keen for a taste.

And it's not a ticketed event, so just turn up when your thirst and curiosity gets the better of you.
