On the evening of January 27 the Busselton brewery will be putting together a smorgasbord of sours featuring five delicious, complex and deliciously complex barrel-aged beverages that will introduce you to the wild world of sour beer – matched with charcuterie boards, no less.
The Rocky Ridge brewers will be on hand to explain everything you'd reasonably need to know about the intricacies of bacteria in beer, ageing beer in oak, fruity fermentation and more.
