Pirate Life's 7th Birthday – Interstate Parties

It doesn't seem that long ago that Pirate Life invaded the local beer scene with swashbuckling style and monster cannonades (and cans) of hop-heavy beers.

Yet it has in fact been a full seven years since the legend began. And to celebrate they're having a party – actually, lots of them.

It all kicks off with a three day celebration at their home in Port Adelaide from March 4, where you'll be able to fill your cup with music, food and beer.

Local bands Venice Queens, Cal Williams Jnr and Oscar the Wilde will take to the stage, while the recently unveiled and rather epic new PL kitchen will be showing off a specially-designed menu, and the brewery team has been working overtime to ensure there'll be TEN new beers on tap; to date, they've revealed a saison collaboration with Imperial Measures, a Raspberry & Lemon Crush, and a double IPA.

You'll also be able to have fun with arcade machines, get a trim at the Parlour, and enjoy a range of other food from local vendors like Moi An Viet and La Dolce Vita.

Elsewhere across the country, you'll be able to catch the Pirate Life crew hosting special events at the following venues:

Victoria:

  • March 11 at Hop Temple, Ballarat
  • March 12 at Welcome to Thornbury, Melbourne

NSW:

  • March 12 at The Balmain Hotel, Sydney

Queensland:

Perth:

  • March 11-12 at Pirate Life Perth
