Reckon that anyone can be a brewer? Maybe they can. Specifically, maybe you can if you get yourself along to this course hosted by the team at Aunty Jacks.
On July 2, they're inviting you to spend the day with them, when you'll be put through your paces to see how much brewing knowledge can be crammed into your skull in the space of about seven hours.
The day will be centred around the production of 1,000 litres of wort and the start of fermentation (you'll be doing all of this btw), during which you'll be guided through the science of brewing, ingredients, flavours, and all the other important stuff that goes into producing a delicious beer.
Naturally you'll end the day parked up at the bar drinking some, before riding off into the sunset while the Aunty Jacks brewers keep an eye on your beer and get it ready to keg in four to six weeks.
