Having flirted with them for a few years – you know, pouring a few beers, the odd festival collaboration – Carwyn Cellars is getting serious with Felons Brewing by hosting an event to welcome their team to Melbourne for the first time and take a sneak peek of their Barrel Hall releases. And hey, you're invited!
Join them in Thornbury on May 14 as they showcase six Felons beers on tap, including some new limited releases and a first look at the new Barrel Aged Crisp Lager and “The Depths” Barrel Aged Imperial Stout.
What's more, you can join Felons Tom Champion and Dean Romeo for a private tasting and deep dive into their new releases – including a couple that won't be available on tap (or, in fact, anywhere else...).
That private tasting will include a welcome drink, 150ml pours of the Barrel Aged Crisp Lager, Sour Red Ale, Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, and two additional mystery barrel aged beers, plus a palate cleanser to finish. You can nab one of the (very limited) spots here.
