What happens when one of Melbourne's top whisky bars ups sticks and heads over to Adelaide for the weekend? Fun and deliciousness, that's what.
On August 20 and 21, NOLA Adelaide will play host to Boilermaker House for what they're calling a Boilermaker Weekender.
It'll feature an absolute deluge of great whisky and beer, including Subtle Art of the Boilermakermasterclasses, the launch of a new collaboration from Boilermaker House and Bowden Brewing, a signature Boilermaker House cocktail and boilermaker menu, a Boilermaker House takeover of the upstairs bar, and stacks of fried chicken (served with whisky hot sauce, no less).
If you'd like to partake of the masterclasses, they're running two sessions on the Saturday (3pm to 4.30pm and 6pm to 7.30pm), with each featuring an expert-guided walkthrough of five boilermaker pairings, plus snacks. You can book masterclass tickets here.
