The German city of Cologne (or Köln, if you prefer) is famous in brewing circles for the Kölsch style that originated there. And its citizens know how to celebrate their cultural heritage too, with frequent gatherings bound together with beer served in its own style of glassware, food and dancing.
As they may or may not say in the North Rhine-Westphalia: "Ain't no party like a Kölsch Party!"
It's to that heritage that Brunswick's Inner North Brewing is doffing its cap on March 4 when they host their own take on a Kölsch Party to mark the brewery's fifth birthday.
The new beer (a Kölsch, obviously) will be available on its own or as part of a six-pot coaster; once you've ticked off all six, fill in your details and pop it in the box for a chance to win birthday merch, including a jug of Kölsch, a t-shirt and tickets to a future event at the brewery.
