Anyone who's been to a big event at The Dutch Trading Co knows they don't do things by halves. And with the return of Wild 'N' Sour, it's shaping up to be their biggest event of the year and you know – you just know – things are about to get funky!
It's happening between March 16 and 19 as the WA legends commence pouring 24 taps of the finest sour, lambic, wild and magically-fermented beers they can get their hands on. Here's the rather tidy list of breweries whose beers you can expect to see:

Cheese & Funk – March 16
Join Rocky Ridge, Eagle Bay, Artisan Brewing and a whole lotta cheese for a fun and funky masterclass designed to take your tastes places they've never been before. Six cheeses. Nine beers. Infinite good times.
Wildflower Dego Dinner – March 17
Wildflower is one of the indisputable leaders of wild ale production in Australia. For this event held at the DTC, their barrel manager Luke Hipper has been diving in the cellar to find new iterations of old beers, rarities, and even-rarer rarities which you'll enjoy alongside a carefully matched five course feast.
Lambic & Wild Masterclass – March 18
Fancy a history lesson in a glass? This extremely exclusive event will see you join just half a dozen others to knock the tops off seven very rare and, importantly, very delicious lambics.
