Oktoberfest is one of the biggest occasions on the beer calendar, so it deserves a big choice of beers – and big glasses from which to drink them. You'll get all of that and more at The Beer Bar as they host their annual Oktoberfest celebration.
It's happening on October 2 and they'll have 10 Bavarian-style beers on tap, with traditional Bavarian food to match. Fan favourites the Oompah Loompah Band will be pumping and whumping out all the bier hall classics, and there'll be a stein holding competition (both men's and women's rounds).
It's traditionally a busy day at the bar, so you'd be advised to book ahead to secure a table. And a significant bonus if do you is that they'll be giving away a one litre beer stein to the first 60 bookings. Prost!
