2025 is set to be a biggie for the Canberra Craft Beer and Cider Festival with the capital city's big beery day out celebrating its 18th birthday.
Taking place on March 15, 2025 at The Mercure Canberra, this year's CCBCF is following a "more of everything" approach.
That will mean more than 40 different producers from across the country coming along to pour their wares, from the obvious beer and cider through to mead, spirits, cocktails, sugar-free liquors and who-knows-what else. All up there'll be north of 250 different beverages to wrap your lips around, which is really another way of saying there'll be something for everyone.
As ever, the food will be plentiful, the music will be live and loud, and the entertainment suitably entertaining. It's also worth remembering the festival is a family-friendly affair, with free entry for children under 12, face painting and other kids activities throughout the day.
The full lineup of exhibitors will be revealed closer to the time, so keep an eye on the festival website for the latest.
General admission tickets are $35, with discounts available for groups and students. And anyone who purchases a ticket before February 15 will go in the draw to win a $1,250 festival prize pack including accommodation, festival drinks, a pre-festival dinner at BentSpoke, a cocktail class and bottles of spirits from Ambrosia Distillery, cases of beer from Sydney Brewery, plus special merchandise.
