The High Country Hop Technical Symposium 2025

The High Country Hop Technical Symposium returns on March 21, bringing industry experts from far and wide to Beechworth on the eve of the festival.

It's presented by the Independent Brewers Association (IBA), and takes over the Beechworth Memorial Servicemen's Hall for the day.

You can view the program below; as in previous years it features a full day of thought-provoking sessions, industry-leading speakers, and opportunities to connect with the best minds in Australian craft brewing.

From exploring the latest in sustainable brewing practices and hop innovation to networking with like-minded professionals over a beer, this symposium is your chance to gain insider knowledge, discover emerging trends, and celebrate the vibrant future of craft beer.

Tickets cost $95pp plus booking fee, which includes lunch, refreshments, and a social session to close the day.
