Keg & Brew Turns Two and Bridge Road Venue Takeover

If you’re going to have a birthday party, you might as well make it a big one. That’s clearly the thinking from the team at the Keg & Brew as they approach their second year of business and who have decided to lavish themselves (and thereby you) with as much Bridge Road beer as their venue can possibly handle.

What that means is that every one of the venue’s 33 taps will pour a Bridge Road beer of one form or another; biere de garde, saison, porter, pilsner a whole swag of IPAs and, obviously, plenty more.

There’ll be a one-off chance to try a bastardised brew too, named The Terrible Twos, which is a black & tan of the hefeweizen and robust porter which should land you somewhere in dunkelweizen territory. There’ll be matched food specials throughout the day, as well as specials on several beers, ranging from $4 schooners to $10 jugs.

It’s happening all day on Thursday August 25, with brewer Scott Turnball on hand from 5pm and free samples between 6pm and 7m.

Free entry.
