The Flat Rock Brew Cafe isn't the kind of venue that lets its taps get taken over easily. Heck, it felt like it took them years to do it with their own beers. And that makes this Wednesday a little bit special as they invite the Akasha Brewing Company to come in and run the house.
As well as having a load of hop heavy beers to choose from, you'll have a couple of nice things to look at too as Akasha's Dave Padden and Ben Galanos will be hanging around the bar and keen for a chat.
The kitchen will be coming to the party too, preparing dishes to match the different beers. If you're keen to go on a bit more of a self-guided tour, there'll be a set menu to accompany a tasting paddle. A word of warning though: if you're intending to dine, you'd be best to book a table in advance to avoid disappointment).
