Classicists meet the avant garde in September as La Sirène heads to Panama in Fitzroy for a celebration of the art of dining.
The Alphington brewer has released three beers in its Avant Garde collection with more to come and, on this evening, those beers will be a main focus – helped by the fact that one is being released at the dinner for the first time anywhere – alongside a selection from the classic La Sirène range.
There'll be two beer tasters per course, and considering there are will be five courses of the kind of fresh European influenced food for which the restaurant is famous, this seems set to be one quite wonderful evening.
