Job Description: Cook
The Prancing Pony Brewery is an iconic Adelaide Hills brewery with a very busy brewpub restaurant, located under the same roof as the production brewery so, customers have an amazing experience. The brewery restaurant is open 6 days a week and gets extremely busy on weekends and during school holidays. With a 5 minute drive from Hahndorf, we are a tourist destination and we offer rustic beer food, snacks and our famous Adelaide Hills wood-oven-baked pizzas. All condiments offerings are prepared on site and we take pride of our 5-star food safety rating. The food is prepared to match our beers.
We are now looking for a person that loves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, providing friendly and efficient service to customers. This position is for 30 + hours/week and involves weekend work.
Experience and attributes:
- Qualified Cook or at least 3-5 years kitchen experience
- Familiar with all kitchen operations
- Safe Food handling
- A love for hospitality
- Willing to work weekends
