Melbourne-based brewing company Red Island has big plans. By the end of 2015, they will have their own 25 hectolitre brewery up and running where they will brew the steadily expanding range of Quiet Deeds beers.
They're also expanding their team and are looking for a sales manager to hit the road in New South Wales.
JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES MANAGER
Red Island is looking for a Sales Manager to help grow the Quiet Deeds brand in NSW.
This person would need to be passionate about craft beer and possess the ability to work autonomously, with a desire to take on a state leadership role as the business grows.
Responsibilities include:
- Achieving Sales budgets & Distribution targets.
- Maintain and develop existing customer base.
- Obtain new on and off-premise customers.
- Conduct customer and consumer training.
- Management of state based wholesalers and distributors.
Key Role Requirements:
- Documented Sales experience (On Premise preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of NSW Craft beer market and a passion for craft beer.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good presentation skills
- Flexible work hours, evening & weekend work may be required.
- Current driver's license
- Current RSA certificate
