Brick Lane are based in Melbourne's outer south east and are sending an ever-growing lineup of beers out into the world.

Job Description: Sales Manager

Brick Lane Brewing is a proudly independent brewer making awesome beers and ciders from its state of the art brewery in Dandenong.

Passionate about Beer?  Lead and inspire a team as our VIC Sales Manager based in Melbourne.

In this role you’ll be responsible for leading a small team to deliver results across Victoria, through ensuring outstanding service to our existing customers to drive engagement and loyalty and establishing new accounts through prospecting and targeted selling.  You'll work closely with our National Accounts team to execute national promotional plans in key retail, and to negotiate state led contracts and agreements.  You'll also work closely with our team to help organise and attend food, lifestyle and beer festivals to grow the Brick Lane brand awareness and be responsible for the execution of NPD across Victoria.

In conjunction with the team leadership responsibilities of the position, this role will actively manage an inner Melbourne territory for on premise customers.

Critical to this role will be your outstanding previous track record of sales account management and leading teams to deliver results.  Experience in alcohol sales or FMCG sales will be highly regarded, as will relevant tertiary qualifications.

You’ll bring excellent and demonstrable customer service and account management skills with an ability to deliver results, with a passion for sales and a knack for negotiation and finding and winning new customers.

Strong leadership skills and management experience is essential, as is a passion for and strong understanding of the brewing industry.  Experience in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to multi task is essential.

As part of a small and dynamic team you are a team player, willing to roll your sleeves up and deliver results.

This position may require some after hours and weekend work supporting customers and events.

The right to work in Australia is essential, and a current RSA and Victorian Driver's licence are requirements of this role.
