Job Description: Supply Chain Supervisor
Capital Brewing Co is one of Australia’s fastest growing craft breweries - we have a position open for a Supply Chain Supervisor, operating from our production facility at Dairy Road in Canberra.
The Supply Chain Supervisor is a critical role in our production team and is responsible for ensuring all raw materials and dry goods come into site on time and in full to meet the production schedule.
You are responsible for supervising warehouse operations and staff with a key focus on safety, product quality, continual improvement and efficiency.
You will be responsible for managing all raw materials and finished goods on site and in external warehouses, stock assembly, stock counts, date rotation, batch tracking and inventory levels in the inventory management system.
You will need to have a strong track record in manufacturing operations and be process driven with the ability to deliver consistent, accurate results.
You will need to have a positive attitude, be a problem solver and ready to step into a rapidly growing business which presents a constantly changing environment - this won’t be a cake walk, you will be challenged, you will need to be willing to work hard.
The team you will be working with are extremely high performing, passionate and experienced professionals that demand a high standard of delivery and internal customer service.
Our number one priority across our entire operation is the safety of our Staff and Customers. You will work closely with our Safety / WHS Manager to continually develop safety and product quality culture across the operation.
Capital Brewing Co has been in operation since April 2018, we occupy 2,500 sqm at Dairy Road in Fyshwick, employing over 65 staff in both Canberra and Sydney.

You will need to hold a valid driver's license and forklift licence or have the ability to to obtain one before commencement.
