JOB DESCRIPTION: Perth Sales Manager
Eagle Bay Brewing Co are on the hunt for a capable and experienced Perth Sales Manager. Eagle Bay Brewing Co is family owned and operated. Since 2010, we have been steadily growing our brewery production capacity. Most of our beer is sold in WA. Our Perth Sales Manager is moving on, and we are looking for someone to take over his role and make it their own.
We have good relationships with established customers and a reputation for being reliable and good to work with. The role will involve managing customer relationships, supporting our customers, expanding our customer list, brand activation activities (such as in-store tastings and merchandising, events and festivals), working collaboratively with our Brewing, Sales & Marketing team.
The right person for this role will be friendly, a good communicator, unwaveringly motivated, super organised and a strategic thinker with the ability to prioritise. Someone with substantial industry experience who understands and loves the beer scene in Perth. This role would be a great fit for someone with experience in developing sales strategies for key customers, working with team mates on strategic priorities, maintaining a CRM and reporting on our sales performance.
The successful candidate will need to live in Perth, have a current driver's licence and be able to work in Australia. Our Head Office is located at our brewery and hospitality venue, down south. The Perth Sales Manager will often be working autonomously. The role receives good logistical support, as well as full support from our Sales & Marketing team.
You will report to and work with our General Manager and Owners. We have regular catch up calls and sales team meetings. There will also be occasional trips down south to catch up with the rest of the team face to face.
