Bridge Road Brewers' CEO, Donald Mace, is set to leave the business for a new challenge in the world of wine which means their local sales "powerhouse", Ella Metcalf, is moving into a general manager role.
As as result, the High Country brewers have a sales rep position for their home region they're looking to fill.
Job Description: Sales Representative / Brand Ambassador
We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic, energetic, industry-savvy representative to join our team, engage the local market, drive sales and further build the Bridge Road Brewers brand. We want to own our heartland in God's country to assist in growing the brand throughout North East Victoria and the High Country.
Bridge Road Brewers are recognised as one of Australia's leading craft breweries, located in Beechworth, a vibrant Victorian town at the foot of the Alps. Bridge Road Brewers exists to produce local, high quality, premium craft beer, food and experiences. We provide service excellence to all our customers and are an employer of choice for our staff.
This role involves building relationships through scheduling visitations and meeting with customers as well as conducting regular tastings and educational sessions. You will be working with an awesome portfolio of highly regarded and well-recognised products. The successful applicant must be self-efficient and use your initiative to target customers. We want someone who is a great communicator who can develop strong/long term relationship with customers. Sales experience is a must and knowledge of the craft beer industry an advantage.
A successful applicant would be expected to reside either in or within close proximity to Beechworth.
